1. How exactly does the UniqueHomeSites™ service work?

The UniqueHomeSite™ marketing system is easy. Simply register for a FREE account on our website.

Once registered you will be given full, password-protected access to your own Control Panel, where you can create, edit, or preview all of your UniqueHomeSites. Click here for a list of UniqueHomeSite™ features and benefits.

Absolutely NO PAYMENT is required until you are ready to "activate" your UniqueHomeSite™ by selecting a unique website address (i.e. www.123UniqueStreet.com), which then makes it available for public viewing on the Internet.

Note: most people use the property address as the domain name because it is memorable and unique to the listing, but feel free to get creative. You may want to use descriptive keywords that highlight the property's main feature in your domain name. For example, waterfrontcottage.com or ruralcastle.com.

2. What is a domain name?

A domain name is the unique name that identifies a website (i.e. www.uniquehomesites.com). A domain name is essentially a signpost on the Internet. It allows people to find your website by name instead of by number.

To obtain a domain name, a person is typically required to register the name with an accredited registrar. However, with each and every UniqueHomeSite™ activation, the process of registering your preferred domain name is completely automated and taken care of by us.

3. How much does it cost?

You may build, preview, and edit as many UniqueHomeSites™ as you want - absolutely FREE! Pricing only comes into effect once you activate the site by giving it a unique domain name and make it available for public viewing on the internet.

Individual UniqueHomeSite™ activations cost $69 CAD each, which includes a one-year lease of the domain name and website hosting on our server. 4. How do I 'activate' a UniqueHomeSite™?

The activation process for a UniqueHomeSite™ is completely automated. Once your site is built, it is as simple as picking a memorable and unique domain name, then proceeding to our activation process. Once activated, your UniqueHomeSite will be available for public viewing on the Internet in as soon as 1 hour.

If you have pre-purchased activation credits, it's even easier since payment is already taken care of in advance. If you haven't pre-purchased activation credits, you will be redirected to our secure payment page.
